Ember & Sol Wellness was born from the quiet strength it takes to survive what was meant to break you.

This space was created for women who have held it all together on the outside while quietly unraveling within. 

For those who have known grief, betrayal, exhaustion, and silence and are now ready to come back to themselves. What began in the ashes of personal loss became something deeper: a calling to create a space for women to reconnect with who they are beyond survival.

At Ember & Sol, we honor the complexity of healing. We understand what it means to override yourself just to keep going. 

And we know the relief of finally choosing something different. 

Ember is the fire we survived.

Sol is the light we return to.

Where women rebuilding after relational harm and emotional exhaustion are supported in becoming whole again.
