Some losses don't just break your heart. They separate you from yourself.

There was a season when I realized I had spent years showing up for everyone else while quietly disappearing from my own life. I wasn't just grieving the end of a marriage. I was grieving the woman I could no longer recognize.

Like so many women, I had become incredibly good at surviving. Holding everything together. Being dependable. Being strong. Being everything everyone else needed. From the outside, I looked fine.

The greatest relationship we will ever rebuild is the one we have with ourselves.

Ember and Sol was born from that realization. Not as another wellness brand or another therapy practice. But as as a place where women could stop performing strength long enough to rediscover their own voice.

Here, healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering who you were before survival become your identity. It's about rebuilding self-trust. Learning your boundaries. Finding your voice. Choosing yourself without apology.

Because healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in community. It happens when women witness one another without judgment. It happens when someone finally says, "Me too."

That's why we gather. That's why we create circles instead of audiences. That's why every experience is designed to help woman leave with more of themselves than they arrived with. 

Ember is the fire we survived.

Sol is the light we return to.
