Amma is a dual-licensed therapist, truth-teller, and community healer dedicated to helping women return to themselves. She created Ember & Sol as an offering of love, liberation, and deep-rooted healing.
"There was a time when I realized I had poured so much into others that I didn't recognize myself anymore. I created this space as a reminder that we are not invisible, that we deserve softness, and that we can give ourselves permission to curate the lives we envision and desire. Ember & Sol is for those ready to return in community."
