Meet Amma
Amma is a dual-licensed therapist, truth-teller, and community healer dedicated to helping women return to themselves. She created Ember & Sol as an offering of love, liberation, and deep-rooted healing.
"There was a time when I realized I had poured so much into others that I didn't recognize myself anymore. I created this space to remind women that we are not invisible, that we deserve softness, and that we can give ourselves permission to curate the lives we envision and desire. Ember & Sol is for those ready to come home to themselves, with truth, tenderness, and community."
